Sales Lead (ID, Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

1. Motivating the team to achieve sales targets and meet and exceed sales targets


2. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts


3. Manage complex negotiations


4. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers


5. Identify prospects, create opportunities, and close deals


6. Ensure execution of client requests and requirements, and respond to their service issues and inquiries


7. Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirements
