Opportunity Description
K2 Partnering Solutions is a global provider of unique end-to-end consultative solutions in the enterprise applications, AI, and cloud space.
We are looking for an experienced APAC Sales Lead to manage and develop a regional sales team across APAC, while personally owning an individual sales quota. This is a player-coach role focused on execution, coaching, and closing complex deals across IT consulting, professional services, and talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop an Singapore sales/recruitment team of 4 (+Offshore India team of 4)
- Individual Sales Quota Ownership, Carry and deliver a personal individual quota
- Actively originate, progress, and close deals in Singapore and selected APAC accounts
- Lead complex, high-value sales cycles and strategic opportunities
- Consultative & Solution Selling:
- Engage senior client stakeholders to understand business and technology pain points
