Position Scope
FPS Food Process Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Germany to lead sales for our advanced industrial freezers and food-processing equipment. This role will promote FPS’s complete portfolio of freezing and food processing technologies to customers in key food industry sectors across Germany by engaging food manufacturers in the red meat, fish, poultry, bakery, ice cream, dairy, pet food, fruits and vegetables, and ready meal sectors.
This position is remote, based anywhere in Germany, with travel required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Manage the complete sales cycle within Germany.
- Identify new customers and market opportunities for FPS freezer and processing solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, plant walkthroughs, and technical presentations.
- Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and territory strategies.
