Opportunity Description
We're looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager, Project Pursuit, who will be responsible for the growth of company business product lines and services focused on Brownfield/MRO projects in Western Canada, based in Edmonton (preferred), serving Thermon's existing install base and diversifying to other customers/industries.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Grow the territory revenue with supportive margins through brownfield projects, MRO, organic growth, market share acquisition and new/expanding markets
- Develop and execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers
- Develop sales forecasts, territory potentials, territory analysis and collaborate with management in setting adequate sales quotas and goals
