• Relevant Tertiary Business / Sales Qualification will be an advantage

• Sales management experience within the manufacturing industry, preferably food ingredients.
• Must be able to travel monthly to coastal regions of SA and also in Africa (Zimbabwe, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Ghana, Zambia, Botswana, etc) as required.
• Sales experience and sales management experience into Africa is an advantage.
• Must have managed a sales team before - current team is 8 people.
• Must have strong analytical skills, be fully computer literate, must be strong with Excel and enjoy working with data.

• Team coaching and effectiveness management.
• Appoint, build and maintain a first class cohesive sales team and provide ongoing motivation.
