Sales Manager, Mortgage

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for handling Johor Bahru (Danga Bay Hub) Mortgage Mobile sale teams & servicing both markets in terms of mortgage loan acceptance and all other core products including credit card, CASA deposit, and account opening.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of mortgage mobile sales consultants of between 8 to 10 headcount.
• Grow Senawang & Melaka mortgage sales numbers, credit cards & CASA deposits year by year.
• Ensure the mortgage mobile sales team delivers and/or exceeds the allocated targets for all core products.
• Ensure the sales force complies with banks audit standards & compliance.
• Achieve sales targets for all core products set by Management.
• Assist in recruiting talents to fill sales consultant positions and manage staff retention.
• Upkeep and ensure the operations of both mortgage hubs' daily operations.
