Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for the management/ development of key account including existing accounts and new accounts . For existing accounts , expect this role could build up constructive working relationship with customer , continue drive volume gain to soliden Axalta ‘s share position ; as to new development , this role should has the ability to farm and close deal on target list to enable Axalta maintain leading position in China market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement account plans according to business strategy to achieve responsible accounts’ sales target.Co-operate on daily base with existing KA accounts to make sure business runs at smooth wayPlan and execute on new accounts acquiring according to country KA strategyWork closely with territory team to guide/support service network on KA contract execution as well as co-ordinate within team regards all necessary business factor ...
