Sales Manager - Ocean freight

Black & Grey HR is seeking an experienced Chinese-speaking Sales Manager – Ocean Freight for one of our clients based in Dubai. The role will focus on driving ocean freight sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships within the freight forwarding sector.

The ideal candidate will bring strong freight forwarding sales experience, solid knowledge of ocean freight services, and a proven ability to develop and manage logistics accounts, particularly with Chinese clients and within the broader Asian logistics market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Ocean Freight business by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Promote the company’s FCL and LCL ocean freight solutions to potential and existing clients.
