Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit and Train high performing property consultants or agents
• Maintain a set of 5 Property Consultants
• Resolves agent's and client's issues
• Deliver at least 5 unit reservations per month

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker or licensed/accredited real estate salesperson
• More than 5 years experience as a Sales Manager
• Longer tenure from previous developers
• Has a minimum set of high-performing property consultants with sales experience.
• Has own social media platforms for Advertising (Property consultants must have their own Facebook Pages too)
• Preferably lives in Pasig or nearby cities
