Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage and optimize distribution, deliveries, and stock levels across stores.
- Drive sales growth through effective product placement, account expansion, and marketing support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and customers.
- Coach and mentor the Sales team, setting clear goals and evaluating performance.
- Oversee inventory management to minimize returns and losses.
- Approve delivery schedules, purchase orders, and pricing adjustments.
- Leverage sales data and analytics to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Increase in overall sales volume.
- Reduction in goods nearing expiry or returned.
Support for AR collection and account management.
