Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies in line with company objectives.
- Motivate and lead the sales team to attain 100% of committed sales team goal and Annual Revenue projections.
- Establish, maintain and expand current client base.
- Maintain a collaborative working relationship with other departments to ensure seamless transactions.
- Prepare timely reports with variance analysis, identify and implement corrections and corrective actions for deviations.
- Provide timely feedback on group performance, conduct performance evaluation of subordinates, recommend hiring and firing, issue memo when necessary and mediate on issues that need to be resolved within his level.
