Responsibilities
- Primary person to drive account growth in assigned client base and industry segment.
- Monitor, plan and fulfil sales pipelines through close customer engagements.
- Prepare reports on account and sales status.
- Monitor and improve account cashflow and margin across time.
- Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships.
- Developing new business through pre-existing clients or new clients.
- Understanding customers specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.
- Ensuring quality of service by understanding client's need so as to customize and propose an IT service catering to their needs.
