Sales Manager

As Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the sales function across multiple services. You’ll lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of Relationship Managers while overseeing the systems, processes, and culture that drive conversion and quality at every stage of the pipeline.

• Leading and managing the sales team to consistently achieve conversion targets
• Overseeing the quote-to-conversion pipeline, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met across every job
• Implementing and maintaining daily audit and quality review processes — including call monitoring, quote audits, and system adherence
