Sales Manager (Spanish Market)

EF English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager with native‑level Spanish to join our European team in Barcelona. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Spanish market team and ensuring the achievement of its goals. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and increasing the number of students joining our online school, while contributing to a fast‑growing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve both individual and team targets
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing guidance to enhance team performance and skills
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales initiatives
• Prepare and present performance reports and key metrics to senior management
