Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory and distributor sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
- Manage and drive distributor performance, including forecasting, inventory, and pipeline management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Provide clinical and product support including case coverage and training where required
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, operations, leadership) to ensure alignment and execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies
- Support tender submissions, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations within guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
