Sales / Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the Clients
• Prepare the contract for the clients
• Monitoring of Collection from the client
• Follow up collection and coordinate with the Accounting Department
• Maintain the social media of SW – Facebook account
• Other tasks may assign time to time

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any business related course
• With at least 2-3 years working experience in industry of Heavy equipment or automotive
• Proactive, Passionate in sales with Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service
• Good in social media and layout is a plus
• Proficient in Photoshop, Corel or Adobe or software for graphics layout
