Sales & Marketing Executive (Aircon)

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets
• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with organisational objectives
• Analyse and report business performance, including sales trends and inventory movement
• Oversee inventory management across distribution channels, ensuring effective stock turnover
• Manage field sales promoters, including target setting, deployment planning, and performance tracking
• Collaborate closely with retail partners and clients to strengthen commercial relationships and in‑store execution
• Monitor and manage customer receivables and payables to ensure healthy cash flow
