Role Overview:
Responsible for selling the Bank’s acquired real estate properties by securing the best possible offers from qualified buyers within target timelines and acceptable returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source buyers through direct sales and an established broker network
- Secure and validate offers from buyers, ensuring conformity for broker-assisted transactions
- Arrange and conduct site trippings and property inspections with prospects and brokers
- Ensure complete and accurate submission of buyers’ documentary requirements
- Evaluate sales proposals and endorse them for management approval
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four‑year college degree, preferably in a business‑related course
