Overview
This role involves execution across the entire sales engine: agents, channels, and systems. The objective is to drive revenue growth, enforce operational discipline, and ensure all sales activities are structured, tracked, and converted. You will function as the central operator of Onsolar’s sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales agents (Makati + provincial teams)
- Drive revenue performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Actively close deals: calls, site visits, negotiations
- Ensure all activities are properly logged in Flowlu
- Enforce strict process compliance across the team
- Oversee Meta and website inquiries, ensuring fast, structured, and professional responses
