This role supports the Sales Operations and Field Sales teams by managing key operational processes to enhance efficiency. The Specialist will be responsible for order management, inventory tracking, and cross-functional coordination, requiring a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders, from entry to shipment
• Coordinate compliance for domestic and international shipments
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
• Provide operational support to enhance sales efficiency
• Maintain data accuracy across ERP systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years in relevant roles
