Responsibilities:
Commission & Incentive ManagementCalculate and manage monthly/quarterly commission payouts for the sales team.Resolve disputes and inquiries regarding commission statements with transparency and speed.Maintain and update commission structures and quotas within our CRM/tracking systems.Sales Insights & AnalyticsPipeline Health: Monitor the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks or high-performing segments.Conversion Metrics: Track lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win rates to help leadership forecast accurately.Trend Analysis: Provide the story behind the numbers to help the team understand why we are hitting (or missing) targets.Reporting & Data IntegrityOwn the delivery of Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly sales performance reports.Build and maintain automated dashboards for real-time visibility into KPIs.Perform regular data hygiene audits within the CRM to ensure reporting accuracy.
