What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
- Build rapport and guide customers through the full sales process
- Follow up with internet leads, phone ups, and showroom traffic
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and close deals professionally
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and past customers
- Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and activity
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
