Responsibilities

The Sales Recruitment Officer is responsible on the screening and recruiting Loan Consultants and manage its product orientation and activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four year business related course
• Has knowledge on sales or marketing and recruitment
• Has excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and prospecting skills
• Must be confident, persuasive, creative, proactive and customer service oriented
• Familiar with different social media platforms
• Must be computer proficient
• Customer service-oriented
