- Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales leads
- Present and promote products/services to clients based on their needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments for business growth
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (a plus)
