Sales Representative

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the swimming pool equipment industry. This role requires a strong understanding of pool equipment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience in the swimming pool industry or a related industry (HVAC, outdoor products).
• Strong understanding of the swimming pool market, including product knowledge, pricing, and competition.
