Job Description

Field Sales Representative is responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maintaining existing accounts through direct, in-person interactions. This role involves traveling within assigned territories to promote products or services and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
