Opportunity Description
The role focuses on driving demand creation, supporting channel sales, cultivating industry stakeholder relationships, and aiding product development and market intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Execution of Demand Creation Activities and Promotions: conduct planned demand creation, promotions and campaigns in assigned sales areas, including field days, stakeholder meetings, channel merchandising, and establish and manage field demos with proper agronomic practices.
- Channel Sales Support: visit dealers and seed shops to monitor product availability and visibility, coordinate fast product movement with the sales manager and distributors, and implement channel promotions.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: build and nurture relationships with growers (big‑land owners and small‑holder growers), cooperatives, traders, buyers, financiers, agents and local government units; address stakeholder feedback, concerns and issues related to products.
