Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients with professionalism, delivering a refined luxury experience
• Provide expert advice on collections using in-depth product knowledge and brand storytelling
• Maximize sales through client engagement, upselling, and personalized service
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-ups
• Assist in daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and order fulfillment
