Job Description

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge and Demonstrations: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and services to effectively demonstrate features and benefits to customers.
• Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals, track inventory levels, and report sales activity to management.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage customers, actively listen, and communicate product information effectively.
• Sales Experience or Enthusiasm: Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred, or a strong desire to learn and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Service Orientation: A positive, friendly attitude with a focus on providing excellent service and building long-term customer relationships.
