Opportunity Description
Direct and supervises a team of sales agents to drive company sales goals. Communicates company goals, safety practices and deadlines to team. Monitors team sales activities and performances. Conducts employee coaching and mentoring to improve performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training. Keeps management updated on team performance and support needed. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team/unit members.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and assists team members to meet or exceed goals and quotas.
- Supports sales manager and performs management duties.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly team sales activities, performance and metrics.
- Conducts coaching and mentoring to improve performance of each team members.
- Performs quarterly team evaluation, and suggest areas for improvement.
- Supports the sales manager on setting sales reps’ territory and sales targets.
