Sales Supervisor - Palawan

Overview

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, motivating, and overseeing the sales team to achieve branch and Sector Targets. This role ensures that sales strategies and activities are implemented, processes are followed, and performance is monitored. The Sales Supervisor acts as a bridge between the management and the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies, sales activities, promotions, and company policies.
• Ensure proper liquidation of budgets including the ones for sellers subordinates.
• Prepare sales reports, benchmark, and performance summaries for management.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, trainings, and PKS
• Coordinates updates and campaigns to all sellers in Palawan.
