Sales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales and market development of medical devices (hospital beds, transfer carts, etc.) in the Philippine market;
• Formulate and implement sales plans for the Philippine market to achieve sales targets;
• Develop and maintain hospitals, distributors and cooperation channels;
• Maintain close communication with the headquarters in China and regularly report on market and sales progress;
• Assist in handling some basic administrative and coordination affairs in the initial stage of the business;
• Participate in the establishment and management of the local sales team as the business develops.

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years of sales-related work experience;
• Those with team management experience will be given priority;
