Opportunity Description
The Job
- Establish and manage strong business relationships with merchants
- Servicing accounts by undertaking queries, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions
- Liaising with merchants on necessary documents and updating into system
- Querying data & generating report for merchants request and management needs
- Perform broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses for merchant business review
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- At least 3 months of office admin experience
- Self-motivated, with high degree of initiative and drive
- Able to meet tight deadlines and produce quality work
