This Melbourne-based position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a supportive team environment, within a growing and fast-moving business. There is a strong focus on building meaningful relationships and converting enquiries into genuine, qualified appointments for our sales team.
About the role
- Managing inbound enquiries from our database
- Proactively following up existing enquiries within the database to re-engage customers and guide them toward booking an appointment
- Having thoughtful conversations to understand each customer’s situation
- Pre-qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team
