Sales Support Intern – Kitchen Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join our sales team in the Kitchen Retail channel. This 6-month internship reports to the National Sales Manager and works closely with the commercial team, providing support in administrative and operational tasks. Location: Madrid.

What you’ll do

• Support in managing order issues and tracking deliveries
• Preparation and updating of project budgets
• Managing stock inquiries and coordinating with logistics
• Gathering and sending technical product information
• Supporting warranty claims processing and resolving related issues
• Assisting with administrative tasks that facilitate commercial operations (pricing, reports)
• Identifying leads for new projects (construction projects, database analysis)
