Opportunity Description
- Provide support to the Managers/Executives in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide efficient and professional service to customers/business partners.
- Provide simple quotes and advice, and issue Cover Notes when necessary.
- Assist in services of accounts and reconciliation of Statement of Account.
- Assist with compilation of business reports and statistics when required.
- All underwriting documents must have full documentation and adequate information.
- Electronic scanning and indexing of all underwriting documents to PSD/BMS/GenLink.
- Checking, Printing, sorting and dispatch of the following documents to customers/ business partners
- Policy documents processed by PSD/BMS/GenLink
- Renewal Notices
- To check and ensure all renewals are taken up (Renewal Retention)
- Perform/Update P400 system on the following
- Manual Renewal Re-rate
- GenLink related tr...
