Opportunity Description
The Sales Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling non-revenue-generating activities, ensuring the team remains focused on selling. This role functions as both a sales enabler and data strategist, providing timely, accurate information to improve decision-making on pricing, discounts, contract structuring, and SLAs. The position will also ensure alignment between Sales, Operations, and Finance by maintaining accurate records, reports, and administrative processes that impact commercial outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Coordination
