Join the Sales Team Lead role at ASICS EMEA located in Barcelona. This position supports the growth of wholesale accounts, drives profitable market share expansion, and collaborates closely with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance teams to deliver brand heat and consumer activation plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the development of the ASICS brand business and assigned customer portfolio, ensuring consistent implementation of the sales strategy.
- Develop account strategies, Seasonal Account Plans, and secure approval from the Head of Sales.
- Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Support external communication with annual, seasonal, and quarterly sales campaigns, manage business analysis, and oversee the financial process.
