Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small team of BDMs to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Support team members in client acquisition and relationship management activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, IBs, affiliates, and potential partners.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent pipeline generation.
- Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and motivating the sales team.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales progress, market feedback, and operational challenges.
- Contribute actively to team sales performance through direct business development efforts.
- Bring an existing team/network of at least 3 BDMs is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Forex / CFD / Trading industry.
- Experience in handling or supervising a small sales/BDM team.
