Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of the Branch Office, oversees business development, profitability and productivity of the branch.
• Manage the branch operations and a team of sales associates to ensure the effective completion of their duties and responsibilities.
• Conduct daily operational assessments to ensure branch growth and efficiency.
• Oversee daily production and releases, providing regular updates on the branch’s operational status.
• Maintain strong client and employee engagement to ensure delivery of quality service.
• Implement sales strategies and action plans aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to the Immediate Superior.
• Handle client complaints or concerns escalated by staff, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
