- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing training materials as a Corporate / Sales trainer.
Responsibilities

- Assess training needs and develop customized training materials to enhance sales performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements as necessary.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales staff to foster professional growth and development.
