Responsibilities
- Create engaging training materials (presentations, guides, multimedia)
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams (in-person and virtual)
- Provide one-on-one coaching to improve sales performance
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product updates
- Measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Work with sales and product teams to align training with business goals
- Support onboarding and training of new sales hires
