Opportunity Description
Overview:
We’re looking for a Sales Machine (aka the Sale Training Executive) to help our sales reps level up. This role is all about coaching reps on real-world selling — from refining their talk tracks to mastering discovery calls and closing with confidence. You'll be the go-to person for helping reps break through plateaus, build on their strengths, and consistently hit (or exceed) quota.
You’ll design and run structured coaching programs, create personalized skill-building paths, and work closely with leadership to turn feedback into results. If you're someone who loves unlocking potential in others and has a passion for high-performance sales, this is your role.
