This role involves overseeing the Salesforce platform, critical for our growth during Series D expansion. As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll focus on customizing Salesforce, building automations, and maintaining data accuracy. You will also collaborate with RevOps and GTM teams to align business needs with technical solutions, ensuring our platform evolves with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customize Salesforce for sales, marketing, and customer success
• Build flows and process builders to enhance efficiency
• Manage CPQ and commissions configuration
• Deliver reports and dashboards for pipeline visibility
• Ensure data hygiene through validation and deduplication
