- Lead and contribute across all phases of the project lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation and post-go-live support.
- Take strong ownership of functional solution deliverables and ensure alignment between business intent and system implementation.
- Track delivery progress in partnership with technical leads, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved.
- Identify functional, process, and delivery risks early and propose practical mitigation options.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business users to understand end-to-end business processes, pain points, and objectives.
