- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Configure Salesforce using Flows, Workflows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Page Layouts, and Record Types.
- Implement scalable data models and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Implement and enhance features across Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Forecasting) and Service Cloud (Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements).
