Salesforce Engineer

Introduction:

The Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for the technical architecture, development, and maintenance of the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on transitioning manual, document-heavy processes into high-efficiency automated digital workflows to scale our impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Automation & Workflow Design
   • Design and implement Salesforce Flows to replace manual entry, such as auto‑populating.
   • Develop automation triggers.
   • Implement complex business logic, such as the Full Box rule, where the system automatically converts orders of 6 or more single units into a box SKU.
2. Systems Integration & Order Management
   • Manage the lifecycle of online orders, implementing auto‑accounting approval triggers for Credit Card and Account Balance payments.
   • Automate the generation of Accounting Tasks for Bill Me orders to streamline the invoicing process...
