The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s CRM platform. This role ensures optimal system performance, resolves technical issues, and maintains high data quality to support business operations, reporting, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the salesforce system, including fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes
