About the Role

The Salesforce Product Owner (PO) works within an agile framework to prioritize, plan, and oversee the delivery of features on the Customer Experience Product team’s scrum team, enhancing the value of the SFDC platform and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in defining, developing, and implementing the Salesforce strategic roadmap and releases of features for Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Identify customer needs, gather detailed business requirements from S&P Energy stakeholders, and provide guidance on business processes.
• Write user stories, own and prioritize the backlog, and translate business needs into technical requirements for the scrum team.
• Assist in managing the scrum team and sprint planning/execution, working closely with the scrum master.
