+ Serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to the company’s largest, most complex customers in the Public Sector.
+ The Technical Architect / Senior Technical Architect plays a pivotal role in both presales and implementation, shaping, scoping, and solutioning engagements to set customers up for success
+ Provide technical oversight and execution leadership on large-scale and mission-critical engagements while also serving as a trusted mentor to Salesforce teams and Federal clients
